7:30am - 11:00am
While Heckerling reviews are very common this time of year – this one is not! This is going to be the best Heckerling Review outside of actually going to Orlando and attending Heckerling. Even if you are going to Heckerling, you need to attend this Heckerling Review. The Greater New Jersey Estate Planning Council and The Estate Planning Council of Bergen County have joined forces for this incredible event. Unlike previous years, we have now expanded the presentation and will be offering this Special Event.
Martin Shenkman, Esq. and Richard Greenberg, Esq., have done a comprehensive review of the Heckerling Institute On Estate Planning for many years. This new, premier event is going to be 3 hours of the best of the 2018 Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning. Now, more than ever, we as professionals need to be “in the know” and be as current and up to date as possible. Given the current political, economic, and legislative landscape, we have asked Marty Shenkman and Rich Greenberg to do something different. Whether you were in Orlando at Heckerling just a few weeks before or you weren’t – Marty and Rich are going to give us the best ideas and best planning strategies and techniques from the nationally known speakers and experts who presented at Heckerling. Both Marty and Rich are nationally known experts and Marty has presented numerous times at Heckerling. Rich is one of the premier students of our game. These leading experts in the country will talk at Heckerling about the best of the best ideas – and Marty and Rich are bringing all of it back to New Jersey for us.
This is going to be a Don’t Miss event! What will our President do? What will Tax Reform mean to our clients? How do we as professionals plan for our clients? with so much uncertainty and so many unknowns. Between the President and a unified House and Senate, so much can happen. What’s new? What’s different? What should we be doing for our clients – and for our practice – now?
Attend this event and hear two of the sharpest minds in the industry give a comprehensive Heckerling review and more important, hear the best ideas that came from the entire week.
